Standard Wills 

A Standard Will -  £250.00 This includes obtaining your initial instructions, drafting your will (up to three changes included) and finalising your will. 

Mirror Standard Wills - Married couples or Partners often execute wills which are identical in their provisions, frequently giving the estate to the surviving spouse or if the spouse does not survive to the children -£350.00

Our initial meeting will also include free inheritance tax advice which will outline what you may need to do in order to avoid inheritance tax. 

Complex Wills

A Single Complex Will (in which a trust is included) -  £550.00

Mirror Complex Wills (in which trusts are included) - £650.00

Disbursements - Land Registry Office Copy Fee - £7.00

Our initial meeting will also include free inheritance tax advice which will outline what you may need to do in order to avoid inheritance tax. 

Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) 

This includes obtaining your instructions, drafting, certifying and registering your LPA with the Court of Protection - £550.00 per LPA

Costs if instructed on two LPAs - £850.00

Disbursements -  Court fee for registration of LPA - £82.00 per LPA
